Refund policy

At Breadmon Store we are committed to providing high quality, affordable products. We hope you’ll love your purchase. But in the case that you are not fully satisfied, please contact our customer service team at support@breadmon.store and we will work with you to get you answers or the best possible solution to any concerns.

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns. We accept refund/ resent in these cases:

- Damaged/poor quality printed item

- Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)

- Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered)

- Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order

We do not accept refund/resent in these cases:

- The customer chooses the wrong size

- Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided

- Customer do not like the item material (Polyester)

- Customers change the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.

WRONG SIZE ORDER

If you receive the item with wrong size, please let us know by emailing us at support@breadmon.store, with photos of the item you received. We will process a replacement order as soon as we are notified.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ORDER

We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. In this case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, and the QR code attached to the package of the affected items. Please contact us by email at se and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!

Sometimes, bumpy transits can cause minor imperfections such as looseness, indentations, and creases to your item. We can help address these issues so you don’t have to go through the hassle of an exchange and your item can be restored to the perfect condition in just minutes.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order (not include 7 - 10 days processing) after having ordered, contact us through support@breadmon.store for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT

We are so sorry for the trouble!

We always recommend checking around your property or with neighbors to ensure your package was not misplaced. If after checking in you were unable to recover your packages, please contact us at support@breadmon.store. We will send a replacement. Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received.

RETURNS

Since your product is custom printed just for your order, we do not take returns.

Please contact customer service team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

Our team will examine and decide the solution of your case depending on the problems.

We won't responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contacting us first. Please don't return items to the address writing on the package. Thank you for your understanding!

Please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 30 days

The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different from the one you ordered.
